Mashmanim is a trading name of AA Premier Foods Ltd.

Mashmanim respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, and what we do — and never do — with it.

What we collect

• Order requests — your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, event date, headcount, menu choices and anything you write in the notes.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
• SMS consent — whether you ticked the box asking for text-message updates, and the number you gave with it.

What we don't collect

This website takes no payment, so we never see or store card numbers or bank details — payment is arranged with us directly, off the site. There are no customer accounts and no passwords. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies; your basket and your light-or-dark preference are stored on your own device and never sent to us until you place an order.

Why we use it

To prepare, price and deliver what you asked for, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the box asking for SMS updates, we may text you about your order and your event at the number you provide. Message frequency varies with your order; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling (845) 694-6141. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of ordering anything from us.

Phone numbers collected for SMS consent, and the consent itself, are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to send you the messages you asked for, through the messaging provider that delivers them. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers to anyone, for any purpose.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, the phone and messaging provider that carries our calls and texts, and our delivery drivers, who receive the address and what to bring. Each receives only what it needs to do its part, and none of them may use your information for anything else.

We would also hand over information if the law required it of us — a court order or a lawful request from law enforcement. That has never happened, and we would not do it otherwise.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is kept only as long as it is useful for serving you.

How we keep it safe

Orders and messages are held in a database that is not reachable from the public internet without a key, the site is served only over an encrypted connection, and the panel the kitchen uses to read orders is behind a password. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold as little as we can, for as short a time as we can, which is the part that actually protects you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email orders@mashmanim.com or call (845) 694-6141 and we will handle it. To stop SMS updates, reply STOP to any message.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, this page changes with it. The version posted here is always the one in force.
