Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Mashmanim when you place an order.
Effective 1 September 2026.
Mashmanim is a trading name of AA Premier Foods Ltd.
These terms apply to every order placed with Mashmanim through this website, by phone, or by email. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders and confirmation
An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Until then, your date and your items are not held. We may decline an order if we do not have capacity for the date, if it falls outside our delivery area, or if the notice given is shorter than we can work with.
Lead times and cutoffs
Each type of event has a minimum notice period and an order cutoff, shown to you before you send your request. Orders placed after the cutoff for a date cannot be guaranteed. Changes to a confirmed order are accepted up to the cutoff; after that, we have already shopped and begun preparation and changes may not be possible.
Pricing, deposits and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and delivery unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is arranged with us directly when we confirm your order — the site does not take payment. There is no deposit. The order is paid in full before the event.
- Sales tax is applied where required by New York State law.
- Your final headcount is due at the same point as the order itself, which depends on the occasion — each one states its own deadline on its page. Increases after that point are subject to availability; decreases after that point are still charged at the confirmed count.
Delivery, pickup and setup
Delivery fees and minimum order values depend on your area and are confirmed with your order. We give a delivery window rather than an exact minute, and plan it backwards from your serving time. Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If we cannot deliver because no one is present, the order is still charged in full.
Where real-dish service is ordered, serving equipment remains our property and is collected after the event. Equipment that is damaged or not returned may be charged at replacement cost.
Food safety and allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, eggs, fish, dairy and gluten. We will accommodate allergy requests where we can and will tell you honestly where we cannot guarantee an outcome. Once food has been delivered, keeping it at a safe temperature and serving it within a reasonable time is the customer's responsibility.
Kashrus
Our supervision and standards are set out on our kashrus page. If a specific standard matters to you, confirm it with us before ordering.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in — by ticking the SMS box on one of our forms or by asking us directly — Mashmanim may send you text messages about your order and your event: confirmations, delivery updates and questions we need answered. Consent is not a condition of ordering anything from us. Message frequency varies with your order, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also call (845) 694-6141. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the number you give us is set out in our privacy policy.
Cancellations
Cancellation windows and refund amounts are set out in our refunds and cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
